Dorian Dance

An original piano solo composition for early intermediate level!

This piece is in D dorian mode and it is written in mixed meter. On the first page the right hand stays in the middle register while the left hand plays single note bass lines in crisp staccato. On the second page the right hand plays an octave higher and features some embellishments to the melodic line, meanwhile the left hand plays block chords. LISTEN to the full recording below!
